Thanksgiving Dinner meeting October 29; get your reservation in

Schoharie County's Thanksgiving Day Dinner Committee will be holding an organizational meeting on Thursday, October 29, at 9am at the Schoharie County Office of Emergency Management Office, Route 7 (formerly MOSA) Howe Caves.
The purpose of this meeting will be to make final plans for the 28th annual Thanksgiving Day Dinner.
The Thanksgiving Day Dinner is offered free of charge to all county residents who would otherwise be alone on this holiday.
This year, there are three options for individuals and families:
• Home-delivered meals. To order one of these meals, contact the Schoharie County Office for the Aging at 295-2001.
• A formal sit-down dinner at Wolfe's Pizza and Wholesale Restaurant, located at 2403 Route 7, Cobleskill. Make reservations by calling Wolfe's Pizza at 234-2047.
• The Town of Blenheim will also be serving a Thanksgiving Day Dinner at the Blenheim Fire House on Saturday, November 28. Families and individuals interested in attending this meal are encouraged to make their reservations by contacting the Town of Blenheim, 827-6115.
This dinner is made possible through the financial support of individuals and businesses throughout the county.
