Jefferson Heritage Day is Saturday

7/7/2010

The Jefferson Heritage Day Committee will again be hosting Heritage Day on the Jefferson Town Green, this Saturday, July 10.
The day begins at 9am with children’s activities and crafters on the green.
The parade kicks off at 11am, followed by the fire department’s Soap Box Derby.
There will be free carriage and pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting and games, antique cars and old-time demonstrations.
In the historical Maple Museum, Jefferson Central School students have a display reflecting their farming roots.
Browse the hand-crafted wares available for purchases and enjoy a slice of homemade pie and other foods while listening to music by Patty and the Mygraines, Phrog and Random Axcess.
