The Schoharie County Farm Bureau and Cornell Cooperative Extension Schoharie Otsego Counties will host the first of two Agriculture Issues Networking events this Saturday, April 6, at 1pm at the Carlisle Town Hall on Crommie Road.
The second is set for next Saturday, April 13, also at 1pm at the Middleburgh Reformed Church.
The Agricultural Issues Networking gatherings are intended to give farmers and community members a chance to weigh in on agricultural issues and concerns.
Written comments will also be collected from those who prefer to share their points in writing.
Those attending will also have the chance to network with others interested in the same issues, and brainstorm on next steps and action items.
