3/29/2024

Deadlines are at hand for two SEEC grants.
SEEC’s Curb Appeal grant applications are due tomorrow, Friday, March 29, while applications for Digital Marketing grants are due Monday, April 1.
The Curb Appeal grants are funded by the Randy & Marge Becker Foundation, Sterling Insurance Foundation and Fenimore Asset Management.
SEEC has offered to match commercial property investments up to $5,000.
An application and approval are required.
The grant’s goal is to “encourage pedestrian-friendly, well-appointed, high-quality Main Street corridors.”
Grant awards will be announced in May; projects must be completed by the end of the year.
The Digital Marketing grants are being delivered in cooperation with Schoharie County government and funded, in part, by NYS Homes & Community Renewal, Community Development Block Grant – Coronavirus.
Grants are available for small businesses to implement digital marketing through the hiring of digital strategists, content creators and technicians as well as pay for COVID-related expenses.
Grant amounts will be determined based upon scope of work not to exceed thresholds per number of employees.
For more information on either grant, contact SEEC at www.seecny.org or admin@seecny.org or call (518) 517-1700.
