We want to know what you've got cooking

The Times-Journal wants to know what’s cookin’ in your kitchen.
The T-J is seeking recipes for its Readers’ Choice Recipes Cookbook, and this will be the 31st edition of the fall feature.
A flyer this week offers an easy-to-follow form to submit recipes for the cookbook, which will be published December 8.
Recipes can include appetizers, drinks and punch, breads, soups, casseroles, meat and fish, salads, vegetables and sides, desserts, slow-cooker meals and more.
“This is the one special project we enjoy the most,” said T-J Publisher Jim Poole. “We like to see what people are cooking.
“And although it comes out during the holidays, there’s no limit to what you can send. We welcome barbecue and grilling recipes, too, even though it’s not the season.”
There’s a limit to three recipes per person. Recipes must be clearly written or typed.
Recipes can also be emailed to tjournalnews@yahoo.com with ‘cookbook’ in the subject line.
Readers’ names will be included with each recipe.
Phone numbers should be included if there are questions; numbers won’t be published.
