Harvest Connection is an innovative service created to connect farms and agribusinesses with potential customers.
Harvest Connection provides an online directory of farms, farmers’ markets and the like throughout 10 counties in the Hudson Valley, Capital Region, and Mohawk Valley.
With well over 100 farms and farmers markets in the searchable database, Harvest Connection provides a “one-stop-shop” for folks looking to find their next farm fresh product.
There is no charge for farms to participate in Harvest Connection
In addition to the website, the Harvest Connection app makes it easy to access information on the go.
Harvest Connection can be accessed at https: //www.harvestconnection-ny.com/ and “Harvest Connection” can be downloaded via a mobile phone’s app store.
Once they have signed up, farmers can easily access their listing across both platforms and update the availability of products as they change.
Among visitors alone, the food and beverage industry is a $17 million industry.
